Everything that we do need to start with a Goal; So that we can stay focus on what we want and keep our momentum going. The same applies to this blog. Since it’s year end now and we shall start to plan our goal for the next whole year, I’m going to participate in this Group Writing Project: 2008 Blogging Goals carried out by DailyBlogTips.

I started my first blog on Environmental Friendly Technology in April 06 with free webhosting by Blogsome and by end of April i decided to purchases on own domain and start blogging on Technology as well as my life in this technology world.

My initial goals is to make money online through reviews. I started to make some income once both of my blog reach 3 months old. Howeve, money stops to flow in once Google slaps those blogs who’s writing reviews. Even this blog successfully escape from the slaps, but I’m not sure how long it can sustains before the next PR updates. Something is going to be done if I want to continue to make money online.

My Blogging Goals for 2008:

  • Focus on my topic. I plan to focus more on tips and technology for this blog. Content is KING and i shall be focus to produce more informative and useful tips to my readers.
  • Improve my post frequency to at least 4 post per week.
  • Explore on keyword analysis tools. I seldom use the keyword analysis tools to analyst what’s the most frequent search keyword, i just blog on what i want. Hopefully with further exploration on tool, I’m able to drive more organic search engines traffic to this blog.
  • As this blog is currently low in traffic, i would like to see my daily unique visitors to hit 2000/day. I know this is just a small figure to more people, but to me, I have make significant improvement through out the year.
  • Once I’m able to accomplish my first and second goals, i would like my RSS subscribers to reach 300 marks.
  • Currently i make peanut from my Bidvertiser. I’m changing to Adsense and hope that I’m able to make a steady passive income once I’m able to drive in traffic to my blog.
  • I’m going to includes local Ads to this blog.
  • I will focus on this main blog initially, if I’m able to accomplish my first 3 goals, I’m going to get a new domain for my End-Friendly Blogs.
