Recently there are a lot of cubicles relocation in my office. As the business expends, now managers also got to share room.
As a growing business, it can’t run away from reorganization and relocations. Everyday i see a lot of people packing their belongings into boxes, no sure whether they need a box cutter.
Business is business, it’s a reality, when they have business, they will expend it. When they are suffer from losses, layoff will happen. To me, there is nothing as a loyalty employee, as in business, it won happen to anyone, even to the CEO level.
