Couples of my friends also noticed that i gained some weight recently. I noticed this myself, just that if this was also noticed by other people which meet you quite frequently, means that you are really putting so significant weight.
I got to take action before it’s too late. I plan to change my eating behavior.
I used to have some oat drinks before i go to work. At work, then i will have a cup of coffee and some noodles for my breakfast. In less than 4 hours, i going to have my lunch. I think this is where the problem came from.
From now onwards, i going to replace the noodles with some oat crackers, hope can help before i go for some diet pills.
