I tend to keep fit and on diet, but not sure why it always go the other way round. Seems that i put on some weight recently.
May be due to lack of exercise, cause my daily input still the same, i go for some oats in the morning, then breakfast in canteen. In the afternoon, i just have some noodles or something light.
I still cant figure out which part is going wrong, i can only say that is really due to lack of exercise, came across ephedra diet pills, do i really need it?
Diet diet diet….
