Every one got his own way

When talking about loss weight, keeping body fit, everyone got his/her own way on doing this.

Some may say regular exercise, doing yoga…someone will say on diet, eat only 2 meals per day, i even came across this dip station, which you can do it at home any of your preferable time.

To me, I’m thinking to eat oat and breads for breakfast, then skip lunch, of just some light lunch with biscuits then only follow with some healthier food during dinner.

I’m trying hard to remind myself to go for regular exercise, just cant make it, i think i shall start with some healthier diet instead.
