With global economy heading to the recovery path, central bank started to raise its rate slowing….
It’s a good way to ensure that the recovery is sustainable. I’m sure that the housing BLR will not increase soon at least …this year.
Still remember when I refinance my housing loan for a better rate last 2 years, I’m busy looking for some home insurance.
At least now every thing is settled down and …what i shall do it do earn more money …to buy my second house….this is my target.
