I think this happened to most people, they paid for the service, but they did not know or fully utilize the services they paid for.
Motor vehicle insurance is one of the area. Many company actually provide 24 hour towing when you buy insurance from them.
Most of the people just did not realise it, when they need the service, they just pay extra to other third party company to do the job, which to me, is kind of wasted.
