Even my son is only one year old plus, i started to train him not to pick food. Whatever it’s natural and good to him, i will give him try.
Vegie added to his meal, as well as meat and fishes. I’m glad that he want to try most of the food. It’s good not to be too picky for food. Most of the food are full with nutrition, and it’s natural, without any preservation, especially vegetable and fruits, it’s good for you body as well as digestion.
I wanted him to eat natural food, so that do not need to depends heavily on diet supplements.
