Initially I’m planning to have a small renovation on my living area, have some light fixtures, buy a LCD TV and change my sofa.
In the end, i decided to delay it. I changed my mind to have more saving, for my investment. I will continue with whatever i have now, without spending much money on the upgrade.
I’m targeting 100% return within 2 years time. So i got to save to maximize my return. Nothing is free, there are no free lunch in this world, i got to study a lot on potential companies and observe the overall market, so that i can maximize my return and minimize risk ….100% within 2 year, it’s archiveable .

To me, there are mainly two types of insurance. One is more on protection coverage and one is more on investment.
To me, I preferred higher protection coverage over investment return. There are some plan which provide immediate annuities.
Before i get into equity investment, i’m pretty much impressed by the return from insurance investment. I even bought the education package for my son. After i entered into the equity market and with in-depth study, i start to realize that having 10-15% return per annual is not that difficult.
So, from now one…i will be my own fund manager for my investment.
