When moving into a new house, there is always one thing in mind…renovate or not? what is the budget? How nice or elegant we want our design to be?
Of cause, you can spend with all those nice and elegant ceramic tiles, or you can just do some minor touch up, live with it first, then renovate it slowly…gradually…with furniture later one.
With this you can control you budget and another advantage is that, may be you come out with a better idea later on when you have cash flow in hand.
