May be due to too many things pending on my plates…recently i trying to skip lunch, more than to focus on my work during lunch hours and also …so that I’m able to go home on time.
Normally i will have oats with chocalate drinks, and may be some breads, with this I’m able stands till lunch, if i feel hungry, will have another cup of oats with some biscuits.
After than i’m going to have a proper dinner as normally my wife will cook, i think this is also good for me to control my diet to stay healthy, as i do feel i’m bit over weight, hope that i can afford to have a treadmill at home.
