I guess nowadays everyone is afraid of the infection of H1N1. People are wearing mask, washing hand more frequently, as personal hygine is always important to prevent H1N1.
Other than that, I do think that exersice play an important role on this. It will not only become your fat burners, but also to improve your immune system.
Daily diet with more fruits and vegetables also very important as the vitamins helps to prevent us from getting infected.
