Chinese new year is around the corner, a lot of snacks available in my house now, cookies, pineapple tart…some of it are deep fried and some if are baked.
Felt that i really eat too much on this snacks, obviously it is not healthy and it also make me fat!
Normally, throughout this festival season, i will gain some weight, with lot of reunion dinners and friends gathering. Really need to control my diet, else, by end of the day, i will need diet pills.
