I guess everyone will agree with this, the purpose for buying insurance is for our peace of mind. It cover our expenses from critical illness and also accidents.
I think most people will get to know their service agent from words of mouth like friends recommendation. Acutally we can also get life insurance rates as well as quotes from the website.
My insurance plan is a coverage of 100k for critical illness, with the high inflation rates world wide, i guess the amount is really not enough.
