I guess that every body have their own style to relax, both mentally and physically. Some people like to exercise, listen to songs and some people even say that with a glass of milk before sleep, it help you to sleep well and relax.
I’ve a friend who like to listen to the wind chimes every night. According to her, she feel so peacefull and relax when listen to the sounds from wind chimes.
Personally, i perfer do some exercise, how about you?
