One of my female colleague just visited a slimming center 2 months after her delivery. How much do you think it will cost for her to slim down …or back to her shape before her delivery? The sales person told her, based on her current “body size”, she will need at lease 2 courses to stay slim…which caused around 10k.

Of cause, she “run away” after that!!!

I heard some people will try with some traditional massages with is lot more cheaper, the result, is quite encouraging as well. Some even try with diet pills, like Phentermine 37.5 mg.

For me, to be cost effective, i advised my wife to eat less and do more exercise…haaa
