Now only i understand why poeple said that it difficult to keep back you body shape after delivery.
My wife is not kind of ‘fat’ during her pregnancy, yet it really takes some times for the body to back to its normal shapes. There are some cheap options available, alternative to those expensive body slimming program…
Some tradisional massages during confinement really helps in this case, my wife tried it, really not bad…and of cause, you may also go for some weight loss pills. Whatever you do, remember to consult your doctor, better make sure it’s safe then sorry.
