There are many reasons that caused the increases of criminal rate in one country.
Foreign workers, corruption, education, family backgrounds…are all of the main factor of crime.
However, i would think that the law execution plays an important role. These that against the law shall be fined or jailed. But it raised another problem where jails is full and even when they came out from jail, they still act against the law.
For those who are drug addicted, they shall be sent to drug rehabilitation center. Proper program shall be planned to improve their skills so that they can survive in the society.
