A: The moment I’m required to fill in my annual performance review.
Sounds conflict with each other right? But this is life of employment. You got to fulfill your targeted goal then only there is a possibility for you to get the reward.
I’m sure that nowadays every company have there own performance management tools in place to keep track of employee performance. This is the exact feeling that i have when i fill up my annual reviews and goals.
