Recently we have heard the issue of building collapse in our country which brought a big attention from the media.
I got to know that there are actually exist of environmental consulting company in other country that will did a study on the construction site; and this is what they called it as Phase I environmental site assessments. This is the first time a come across this term and I’m not sure whether does this apply in our country as well.
However i still think that constructors themselves play an important roles and responsibilities to ensure the safety of the property used by the public.
