While i reading rss feeds on my Google Reader this morning, i got attracted by the post titled PageRank Again?!. I quickly go and dig my pagerank, and yes!!! I finally got my pagerank updates and this blog is now at PR3. My startup blog which focus on environmental-friendly technology got a PR4 instead.
Many people are saying that PR is just an measurement by Google and we shall not depend on it for our online income. However i’m totally agreed with ah pek’s point of view on his post titled “when the horse dies we walk“. Especially for those blogs that main source of income is from paid posts. You will not get an attractive price for your paid post, for a PR0 site like myself will just able to take those posts around USD5-10. The $$$ you earn from writing 3-5 posts will also not equivalent or even less then what a PR4 single post.
Anyhow this is just a starting point, diversify into multiple sources of income is the only key of success for online income.
