Do you ever try to purchase clothes online?
Blogging, Software, Technology September 30th, 2007
I, myself seldom buy things online as i personally would like to feel, touch on the items before i make the purchase. I do not even think of to buy clothes online as it’s very difficult for me to determine whether the clothes fit me well, or colour and the quality of the material.
I come across an article from AsiaNewNetwork that South Korea is currently developing new technology that would allow online shoppers to buy clothes that fit their taste and bodies through Avatars; which means Avatar for Shoppers. Do you ever think of this idea before?

The company that launch this online revolution is iFashion Clothing Technology Centre (www.iFashion.or.kr). Can i called this a Blue Ocean technique? It doesn’t compete with other brand on its branding, marketing and design in the so called Red Ocean and create themselves a new range of target customer? It has been very competitive in order to boost sales, especially online sales; and that’s why i think that we got so many opportunities to write paid reviews online and other online advertising have been like a hot cake in Asia like NuffNang and Advertlets. This boost of online sales created a tremendous make money online opportunities as well, especially bloggers.
According to this article, online shoppers can create their own virtual image or avatar, by recording the exact size and shape of their figure, including height, length of arms, and legs, as well as the size of the waist, hips and thighs, onto a smart card. This card could be saved for future use.
You can even try cloths using mobile phones and computers. What a brilliant idea!
