What do you think of this from employee’s point of view?

Of cause employer will always think that this is a waste of time and company resources. So we have so many kinds of network monitoring and blocking tools to monitor internet usage of employee on company network.

But do u think that it’s waste of time? To me, as an employee…I do not think so.

In my opinion, as long as I completed all my project in hand with timely manner, I’m free to do what ever I want. Judge my performance based on quality and delivery of my project and not by no of hours I perform my job. It serve as a refreshment to me when i read news online or search for other topic of my interest…

But still there are so group of people with extensive usage on internet traffic like downloading movie with Bit Torrent that caused a lot of internet traffic and security issue shall be stopped. As long as it’s not affecting the performance of our job, it shall be ok …what do u think about this?
